Since 1972, the Judge David L. Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law has fought for the civil rights, full inclusion, and equality of children and adults with mental disabilities.
The Bazelon Center embraces the values of accountability and transparency as a matter of ethical leadership, as well as legal compliance.
We appreciate the trust we have earned from our Board members, staff, and donors.
The Bazelon Center will not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.
This policy applies to all information received by the Bazelon Center, both online and offline, on any Platform (‘Platform’, includes the Bazelon Center email list on Constant Contact, and our donation platform, Network for Good), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.
To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.
