Julie Fann

Julie Fann is the Bazelon Center’s proposal writer. A former reporter for a small daily newspaper in northeast Tennessee and editorial assistant for The Associated Press in two state bureaus, Julie holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Wheaton College in Illinois and a master’s degree from East Tennessee State University. She is an active member of Washington Independent Writers and is currently working with an agent on a novel for young adults.
