Cases
This page presents information on key cases concerning the issue of housing
for people with disabilities. The updates below supplement
the August 2003 edition of the book, Digest of Cases and Other
Resources on Fair Housing for People with Disabilities, published
by the Bazelon Center, which incorporates many of the the updates previously
listed on this page. Updates of the Digest will include cases as they
come to our attention
