Describe how the components of wraparound services and TFC are coverable by Medicaid and that they are covered by other states’ Medicaid programs.

Linda Huff Redman, Ph.D., consultant who has helped states develop a wide array of community-based services covered by Medicaid and former Deputy Director of Arizona’s Medicaid Program.

Tim Westmoreland, former Director of CMS’ Center for Medicaid and State Operations, where he was responsible for the administration and operation of the entire Medicaid program.

Martha Knisley, Medicaid consultant who has assisted states in designing, gaining CMS approval and implementing Medicaid-funded community-based services and former Director of the Departments of Mental Health in both the District of Columbia and in Ohio and Deputy Secretary for Mental Health in Pennsylvania.
