Amanda Lehner has 7 years of experience in nonprofit online communications and social marketing. As the Director of Interactive Services at the Ad Council, Ms. Lehner is responsible for website development, project management, social media and other interactive projects for Ad Council campaigns and internal projects.
Before joining the Ad Council, Ms. Lehner was the Online Communications Manager at the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline where she managed Lifeline’s websites, social media presence and online crisis messages. She is also a former volunteer crisisline counselor who answered calls to the Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
Ms. Lehner particularly enjoys presenting at national conferences on topics such as suicide prevention online and mental health awareness campaigns. She has presented at SXSW Interactive, the American Association of Sociology (AAS) Conference and the National Conference on Health Communication Marketing and Media.
She currently lives in Brooklyn, New York.
